At Ultra Codes, we’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead our brand evolution and growth. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of all marketing-related operations and ensure a seamless, efficient workflow across all sub-departments.
This is more than a marketing role; it’s a seat at the strategy table. You'll be steering a multidisciplinary team, shaping narratives that connect with global audiences, and driving campaigns that move markets.
What You'll Be Leading
- Marketing Strategy & Vision
Own the end-to-end marketing function. Design and implement a scalable, metrics-driven strategy that aligns with core business goals and positions Ultra Codes as an industry leader.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead a high-performing team across digital, content, design, SEO, and performance marketing. Set ambitious quarterly and annual goals, ensure execution excellence, and foster a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Growth & Performance Campaigns
Drive high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic platforms. Ensure strong ROI, increased lead velocity, and brand authority in both local and global markets.
- Content & Creative Governance
Oversee the development of content calendars, brand assets, and messaging frameworks that maintain consistency across all channels, from social media to corporate communications.
- Data-Led Decision Making
Leverage advanced analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, Tag Manager, etc.) to guide performance strategy, user behavior insights, and continuous optimization.
- Stakeholder Alignment
Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and business teams to ensure marketing strategy is fully aligned with organizational priorities and growth initiatives.
- Innovation & Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of the curve. Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to ensure Ultra Codes maintains a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- A proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams and executing global-standard campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, organic, paid, content, analytics, brand, and growth.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A data-first mindset with the ability to balance analytical rigor with creative instinct.
- Experience managing mid-to-large marketing budgets and achieving measurable business outcomes.
